Johne A. Gundran graduated from the University of the East and FEATI University, with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.

Johne has four (4) decades of outstanding property management skills and extensive hands-on experiences in managing the most-valued assets, facilities and equipment of diversified, complex and mixed-used real estate properties covering hotels, resorts, malls, commercial and residential buildings, banks, military sites, hospitals, schools, and industrial & manufacturing plants within the country and overseas.

Johne progressively worked his way up the career ladder from being a supervisor until earning the role Director and Vice President of Engineering. His former affiliations were Filinvest Land/Family Savings Bank, Ministry of Defence and Aviation (Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), King Fahad Hofuf Hospital (Al-Hassa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Jollibee Foods Commissary, Sterling Tobacco Corp. (Sampoerna House of Indonesia), Macroasia-Eurest Catering (Spain and Singapore), Hyatt Hotel and Casino, Raffles and Fairmont Hotel, Philippine Realty Holdings, Makati Medical Center, and the Robinsons Land Corp. Office Buildings Division.

Johne, as the new Associate of Transitions Executive Search, Inc., will share his expertise on an advisory capacity in understanding the needs and requirements of Transitions’ clients and candidates when it comes to the property facilities management, energy saving technologies, and other specialized engineering services.
