Ma. Clara Ysabel “Cybele” B. Garrucho graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts, Major in Psychology from Ateneo De Manila University.

Cybele has immersed herself in the different facets of human resources in the clinical and industrial organizational settings. Having come from these diverse experiences, she was able to integrate both her knowledge of clinical and developmental psychology into her current work of organizational development and training.

Cybele’s past work experiences range from conducting group therapy sessions of displaced OFW workers under OWWA to counseling suicidal individuals remotely. She is also a Se. OD Officer conducting comprehensive Workload Assessment Analysis within a corporate setting. Her career encompasses being an Operations Assistant in Assessment Analytics. Inc., a Life Coach in Reedley International School, Lead Assessor in HR Avatar, Phils., an HR Generalist in WeGen Energy Holdings, and a Sr. Learning & OD Officer in Elev8 Holdings.

As an Associate of Transitions Executive Search, Inc., Cybele will focus on expanding the company’s base of talents and clients as well as developing other business verticals related to human relations, culture building, and organizational development.
